The TKF Group is a Manitoba-based, Métis-owned sales and leadership consulting company founded by Kyle Fisher. The company offers premium consulting services that integrate DISC and The Five Behaviors™ frameworks to build stronger, high-performing teams. In addition to leadership consulting, TKF Group also acts as a commission-based channel partner for EdTech startups, helping them access the Canadian education market.

TKF Group delivers three main service streams:

  • Leadership and Team Consulting: Utilizing DISC and The Five Behaviors™ frameworks. This includes various packages such as:

    • Starter Package: Includes a discovery session, a DISC workshop (up to 10 participants), DISC assessments & reports, an introduction to Five Behaviors™, one coaching session, a summary report, and 30-day email support.

    • Professional Package: Includes everything in the Starter Package plus three leadership coaching sessions, a full Five Behaviors™ Personal Development Assessment, one Five Behaviors™ workshop, a strategy session, a 60-day support window, and two check-ins.

    • Executive Package: Includes everything in the Professional Package plus a team-based Five Behaviors™ Assessment, two team workshops (three hours each), a strategic planning session (three hours), six one-on-one coaching sessions, a growth roadmap, and six months of support.

    • Add-ons: Additional services like extra assessments, additional workshops, team retreats, speaking engagements, and sales coaching are available.

  • Sales Consulting: This includes sales coaching (available at an hourly rate or as a project-based service), along with sales operations setup and sales enablement support.

  • Commission-Based EdTech Sales Representation: This involves strategic sales planning & lead generation, demo participation and deal closing, and input on market and pricing strategy, with a focus on the Canadian education sector.
