I’m Kyle Fisher, a sales and leadership consultant who’s spent the past two decades helping teams thrive, from first-year reps to seasoned managers. Most recently, I led Wiley Canada as Director of Sales and Success, overseeing national sales operations, team strategy, and customer success across Canada.

I’ve been in the trenches as a rep and at the table with executives. I’ve restructured sales territories, built compensation plans, coached emerging leaders, and helped teams exceed targets, even during a pandemic. My leadership style is grounded in service, strategy, and accountability.

Currently finishing my MBA at Canadian Mennonite University , I’m also a board member with Career Trek and previously the Canadian Publishing Council and a proud member of the Red River Métis community.

Kyle lives and works in La Salle, Manitoba just outside of Winnipeg, Manitoba with his wife and children. He has over 28 years sales experience and 17 years in leadership. He has been actively involved in the community through volunteer work as a basketball convenor, hockey manager and board member.
